First of all, I am grateful to Allah for allowing me to write some acknowledgements in this website. I would like to thanks to those who has involved in developing this website.

Library is the most important knowledge depository because it provides reference resources in various fields to support teaching, learning, and research activities. Therefore, the library management has always focused to develop reference materials collection and improving the quality of services to ensure that the users get the best services.

History has shown that the development of the library was parallel to the development of the university. The library has started its operation in 1993 with 120 seating capacity. Now, the seating capacity has been increased to 500 with the opening of Town Campus Library and B5 Library (above the Bursary Office). The library management always attempt to provide current and sufficient reference materials to support the growing numbers of user for each year. The collection of library materials has increased to 110,000 copies of monograph, 500 titles of journal, 20 online databases services, 4 electronic books services and 10,000 copies of audio-visual materials.

I hope library staff will continue to work hard to deliver the excellent services. Everybody has to be prepared to face the challenge in the future, parallel to the mission to deliver the best and quality services and to provide current and complete reference materials to support the university's development.
