1. Use of this room is limited to the UTHM staffs and students.
2. Use of this room is for presentation, discussion and other academic activities only.
3. Use of this room is limited on the following period:
a. Everyday from Sunday – Saturday, except public holidays.
b. Duration : 8.00 a.m. – 10.30 p.m.
c. Maximum utilization is 2 hours. Extension of time depends on the availability.
d. Subject to the library service hours.
4. User should place bookings at least 3 days prior to the time of use, subject to availability, by calling the Circulation Counter: 07-453 3318 or directly make reservation at the counter.
5. User should inform booking cancellation through any channel above.
6. Use of this room is limited to 10 users at a time.
7. User is not allowed to sleep, eat or drink while using room.
8. User is not allowed to remove library furniture and equipment from their original place. Furniture from the outside is not allowed into the room.
9. User must ensure the followings are complied before leaving the room:
a. Switch off the light.
b. Rearrange the furniture and other equipment.
c. Return the key at the Circulation Counter.
d. Ensure that no personal belongings and trash left behind.
10.User who lost the room key will be fined RM200.00.
11.Any damage to equipment while using this room should be reported to the library. Please contact technician: 07-4533313 or Circulation Counter: 07-4533318.
12.User who causes damages to the furniture and equipment intentionally or negligently has to pay compensation to the library.
13.The library is not responsible for any loss or damages of personal belongings while using the room.
14.The library is not responsible for any accident or injury that occurs while using the room.
15.The library reserves the right to withdraw the facilities provided if the user is found in violation any rules of using this room.
