1. Use of this room is limited to the UTHM staffs and students.
2. Use of this room is for learning purposes only.
3. Use of this room is limited to the following period:
a. Everyday from Sunday – Saturday, except public holidays
b. Duration: 8.00 a.m. – 10.30 p.m.
c. Subject to the library service hours
4. Use of this room is limited to 1 user at one time.
5. User is not allowed to sleep, eat or drink in this room.
6. User is not allowed to attach any paper or notice on the carrels, walls or doors of the room.
7. Before leaving the room the user must:
a. Switch off the light
b. Rearrange the furniture and other equipments
c. Ensure that personal belongings and trash are not left behind.
8. User who causes damages to the furniture and equipments intentionally or negligently has to pay compensation to the library.
9. The library is not responsible for any loss or damages of personal belongings while using the room.
10.The library is not responsible for any accident or injury that occurs while using the room.
11. The library reserves the right to withdraw the facilities provided if the user is found in violation of any rules of using this room.
