1. Use of this room is limited to the UTHM staffs and students.
2. Use of this room is for learning purposes only.
3. Use of this room is limited to the following period:
a. Everyday from Sunday – Saturday, except public holidays.
b. Duration: 8.00 a.m. – 10.30 p.m.
c. Subject to the library service hours.
4. User is not allowed to take out the journal from this room.
5. User is allowed to bring laptop and encouraged to use a laptop lock that can be borrowed at the Circulation Counter.
6. User is prohibited from placing a bound journal in the current journal shelves and vice versa.
7. User who damages the furniture and equipment intentionally or negligently has to pay the compensation to the library.
8. The library is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings while using this room.
9. The library is not responsible for any accident or injury that occurs while using this room.
10.The library reserves the right to withdraw the facilities provided if the user is found in violation of any rules of using this room.
