ProQuest Digital Dissertations (PQDD), a key part of the ProQuest® line of research databases since 1997, has been renamed with ProQuest Dissertations & Theses (PQDT). Dissertation Abstracts is the largest single source of information about doctoral dissertations and master's theses available. It contains over 2 million entries, ranging from the first U.S. dissertation accepted in 1861 to those accepted just this semester. ProQuest Dissertation & Theses builds on the Dissertation Abstracts subscription and includes the complete Dissertation Abstracts database plus unlimited downloads of over 450,00 dissertations in PDF format (PDF format is available for all titles published from 1997 onwards).You can also preview the first 24-pages of these dissertations prior to downloading to ensure they meet your research needs. Access is limited to 5 concurrent users, so please log out at the end of each session.
